Promotional Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern all bonus and promotional activity at Ozwin Casino. Maximum bet during any bonus playthrough is AUD 10 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit will result in forfeiture of promotion winnings.
- Only players holding a verified Real Money account are eligible for promotions. Each bonus is available once per household and per account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated bonuses voided.
- Unless otherwise stated, each offer is available once per person, household, email address, credit card number, and shared-device environment (e.g. university, workplace, or public library).
- Bonuses must be claimed before wagering of the initial deposit commences. Retroactive bonus requests will not be honoured.
- Bonus funds are held as Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met, at which point qualifying funds are transferred to withdrawable balance.
- Free bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 60 times before withdrawal. Playing an excluded game before requirements are met may result in voided winnings.
- A promotion is considered complete when wagering requirements are satisfied or when the balance falls below AUD 0.50. Where a maximum cash-out applies, only that amount transfers to withdrawable balance; any excess is removed automatically.
- Players with pending withdrawals in their account are not eligible to claim any bonus until those withdrawals are processed or cancelled.
- A promotion cannot be combined with another offer or applied on top of an existing playable balance. Winnings from stacked bonuses will be voided and the original deposit returned.
- The Casino reserves the right to decline bonus requests where promotion abuse is suspected.

- Deposit bonuses are cashable. Free no-deposit bonuses carry a maximum cash-out of 5x the bonus value unless otherwise specified.
- A minimum deposit of AUD 20 is required for all deposit bonuses unless stated otherwise.
- Where a withdrawable balance originates from a bonus, the player must initiate at least one withdrawal within 150 days of coupon redemption. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of winnings.
- Bets placed on Roulette covering Red and Black simultaneously are not permitted while a bonus is active. Any winnings from such bets will be voided. European Roulette play with an active bonus is also prohibited.
- No-deposit bonuses carry a maximum cash-out of 5x the bonus amount (e.g. a AUD 100 bonus yields a maximum AUD 500 withdrawal). This limit applies regardless of jackpot wins and is lifted only when the balance drops below AUD 1.
- Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated. These requirements apply to each deposit bonus independently.
- Winnings from deposit-based reward bonuses will not be honoured if the awarded deposit is below AUD 5.
- Multiple free bonuses may not be redeemed consecutively without an intervening real-money deposit. Where this rule is breached, the Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings.
- Comp points are awarded only on wagers made with deposited funds or deposit-linked bonuses.
- Players who have not made at least one deposit may only claim a free offer once. Additional free money winnings from such players will be voided.
- Players whose most recent deposit is more than three months old are not entitled to withdraw winnings from a free bonus.
- The maximum withdrawal from free bonus promotions is AUD 180 unless otherwise stated. Winnings above this threshold are automatically removed upon completion of playthrough or at the time of withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals of AUD 25 to AUD 50 from free bonus promotions require submission of a utility bill matching the registered account address.
- All winnings associated with duplicate accounts are void and will be removed automatically.
- Game restrictions apply strictly during the free bonus playthrough period. Once requirements are met, players may access the full game library.
- The occurrence of a chargeback, payment dispute, or adverse payment history may result in the Casino withholding, cancelling, or adjusting balances, bonuses, or winnings, as well as suspending or closing the account.

Slot Tournaments Terms & Conditions
Slot tournaments at Ozwin Casino give players the opportunity to compete against each other for prizes within a set timeframe. Entry requires a real-money buy-in, and all participation is governed by the conditions below.
- Tournament buy-ins, add-ons, and re-buys are deducted from the player's real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be used for any of these purposes.
- Standard Ozwin Casino Bonus Terms apply to tournament winnings generated from a no-deposit bonus. In such cases, a maximum withdrawal of 5x the bonus value applies.
- Disconnection during tournament play means the slot will not spin on the player's behalf. If the player reconnects within the tournament window, play may resume. If reconnection is not possible, the Win Box total at the time of disconnection stands.
- Buy-ins are refunded to the player's account in the event of tournament cancellation.

- Participation in the Casino Lobby Jackpot requires a manual opt-in after login. Players may opt out at any time.
- Enrolled players contribute a compulsory AUD 0.0001 bet per spin for the chance to win the accumulated jackpot.

The World of Ozwin Terms & Conditions
The World of Ozwin is an in-platform feature that gives players access to a Store where bonuses can be purchased directly. The following conditions apply to all activity within this feature.
- Access to The World of Ozwin may be restricted at the Casino's discretion.
- All Store purchases are final. No refunds will be issued. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable bonus terms before completing any purchase.
- Players with pending withdrawals or a withdrawable balance exceeding AUD 1.00 cannot redeem free bonuses purchased via the Store until all relevant conditions have been satisfied.

Refer-a-Friend Policy
Ozwin Casino rewards players who introduce new members to the platform. The following conditions apply to referral rewards:
- The player extending the invitation is the Referrer. The person who registers via the referral link is the Referred Friend.
- Referrers must have made at least one successful deposit to be eligible for referral rewards.
- Referral rewards are credited only where the Referrer's account balance is below AUD 1 and there are no pending withdrawals at the time the reward is applied.

- Referral rewards are distributed at the start of each calendar month.
