  • Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Requests submitted before this requirement is met will attract an administrative fee of 15%.

  • The player must have no pending payment disputes, chargebacks, or unresolved compliance holds on the account.

2. Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are returned to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally feasible. The Casino reserves the right to determine the method through which a withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawals may only be directed to accounts owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

3. Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum withdrawal: AUD 25 (unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms).
  • Maximum withdrawal per calendar week: AUD 7,500. The Casino reserves the right to apply higher or lower limits at its discretion.
  • Free bonus promotions: Maximum withdrawal of AUD 180 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any balance above this threshold is automatically removed upon completion of playthrough or at the time of the withdrawal request.

4. Processing and Fees

  • Where a deposit has not been wagered at least once, an administrative fee of 15% will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.
  • Withdrawals of AUD 25 to AUD 50 originating from free bonus promotions require submission of a utility bill matching the registered account address before the request can be processed.
  • The Casino will process approved withdrawals in a timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding verification requirements.

5. Identity Verification

The Casino may request the following documentation before approving a withdrawal:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification.
  • Proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement).
  • Copies of any credit card or e-wallet used to make deposits (front and back where applicable).
  • An authorisation letter where the deposit payment method is not held in the account holder's name.

Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended or the account being placed under review.

6. Withdrawal Timeframes

Withdrawals must be initiated within the following timeframes to remain valid:

  • Where a withdrawable balance originates from a deposit bonus, free bonus, or cashback, the player must submit at least one withdrawal request within 150 days of the coupon redemption date. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the balance.

7. Grounds for Refusal or Suspension

The Casino reserves the right to refuse or suspend a withdrawal request where:

  • The account holds an unresolved duplicate account issue.
  • The name on the account does not match that of the payment method used.
  • Promotional conditions have not been satisfied in full.
  • The player's identity or source of funds has not been verified to the Casino's satisfaction.
  • Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a chargeback or payment dispute is detected on the account.
  • The player resides in a restricted jurisdiction.

8. Free Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from free bonus promotions are subject to the following additional conditions:

  • Maximum cash-out: AUD 180, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Balances above this limit will not be paid out.
  • No-deposit bonuses carry a maximum cash-out of 5x the bonus amount (e.g. a AUD 100 bonus yields a maximum AUD 500 withdrawal). This cap is lifted only after the balance drops below AUD 1.
  • Customers whose last deposit was made more than three months prior are not entitled to withdraw winnings from a free bonus.
  • Members who have never made a deposit may claim a free money offer only once. Winnings from any additional free offers will be voided.
